Account and Data Deletion

Delete photos on your device

Use Settings → Delete photo history in the app. This removes the exported files in the app history. Manage gallery originals, copies shared to other apps and operating system backups separately. Processing caches may remain until operating system cleanup or app data removal.

Remove preferences and caches

The operating system’s clear-app-data option or uninstalling the app may remove local preferences and app storage. Behavior depends on the operating system and backup settings. Reinstalling or restoring a backup may restore some data.

Request removal of server or support data

Prepare a data request email ↗

Explain which data you want removed and provide the minimum information needed to locate it. The email address used for a support message, or the platform and related store order reference for a purchase record, may be sufficient. Do not send passwords, card numbers, photo libraries or complete purchase tokens. Proportionate verification may be needed. Requests are handled in accordance with the request and applicable legal time limits.

Which records may remain separate?

Apple/Google purchase, invoice and refund records, legally required records and third-party backups follow the relevant providers’ rules. One request to the developer does not automatically remove data from every system. If a record must be retained, this will be explained while reviewing the request.

Deletion does not cancel billing

Cancel the subscription separately through the store where you bought it to stop future billing. Apple · Google Play.

Clear the browser’s language preference

The website language preference is separate from app data. Clear it on the Cookies and Local Storage Policy page or in your browser’s site data settings.
